Pathway Law Firm represents injured people in California, Arizona, Texas, Colorado and New Mexico. We keep our caseload small enough that the lawyer handling your claim can tell you where it stands without looking it up.
WHY WE EXIST
The injury industry has a communication problem.
Ask injured people what went wrong with their last lawyer and almost nobody mentions the settlement. They mention the silence — the case manager who could not answer a simple question, the calls that went to voicemail for three weeks, the feeling of being processed.
That is a design choice, not an accident. High-volume firms are built to sign as many cases as possible and settle them at the number the insurer offers. It works, at scale, for the firm.
Pathway Law is built the other way around. Fewer cases, worked harder, by people whose names you know. Joe Nazarian still calls clients himself — not as a marketing gimmick, but because the person negotiating your claim should be the person who has actually talked to you about your life.
You are not a file. You are not a claim number. And when we take your case, we fight like it is personal — because it is.
How we actually operate

You get the lawyer, not a handler
Direct line to the attorney working your file. If Joe is in a deposition he calls back — the same day, not the same month.

We say no to cases
Turning down claims we cannot move is how we protect the ones we take. If you do not have a case, we will tell you on the first call instead of signing you up.

Evidence first, demand second
Preservation letters, video canvassing and records requests go out before we ever talk numbers. Insurers pay for proof, not for adjectives.

Nothing out of your pocket
We advance case costs — records, experts, filing fees. If there is no recovery, you owe no fee and you do not repay the costs.

Bilingual by design, not by request
Spanish-speaking attorneys and staff are part of the firm, so families are never dependent on a relative to translate a legal decision.

Prepared to try it
Most cases settle. The ones that settle well are the ones the other side believes we are willing to try.
