Licensure and where we practice
Pathway Law Firm handles personal injury matters in California, Arizona, Texas, Colorado and New Mexico. Our attorneys are licensed in the states in which they are admitted, and we do not seek to represent anyone in a state where we are not permitted to practice. In matters requiring local counsel, we associate attorneys licensed in that jurisdiction. Nothing on this site is an offer to practice law where we are not licensed.

Fees
We take personal injury cases on a contingency fee: the consultation is free, the firm advances case costs, and no attorney fee is owed unless we recover money for you. The specific fee percentage and the treatment of costs are set out in the written representation agreement, which we explain before you sign.
Time limits
Claims are subject to statutes of limitation and, for claims against government entities, much shorter notice deadlines. Deadlines discussed on this site are general summaries and have exceptions. If you believe you may have a claim, speak to a lawyer promptly rather than relying on a general summary.
